My therapeutic style is humanistic, compassionate, and embodied with a focus on nervous system regulation. I believe in the inner wisdom, strengths and resources of each individual, and our nervous system's drive to restore balance and wellbeing.

Free 15-minute consultations are available via phone or video call for those who are interested in finding out more about this service, whether my skills match your needs, and to explore any other questions that you might have.

Standard Fee*: $190.00 for a 50-minute telehealth consultation ($93.35 Medicare rebate available)

Out-of-pocket: $96.65

Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Location: Online via video call

* Medicare rebate may be available through the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. Please talk to your GP to see if you are eligible.

* The standard fee applies for NDIS participants.

* Check with your private health fund to see if you are able to claim psychological services.

* Concession rates available for pension card holders not receiving additional funding.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer training and consultation to community groups and government organisations on trauma-informed practice and polyvagal theory for nervous system regulation.
